Tin Can Robot

I’ve been thinking about upgrading my several-years-old point-and-shoot Canon SD800 with a better camera. The prosumer DSLRs seemed overly bulky (as well as overly expensive) for my occasional photographic needs. So I’ve been looking at the micro four-thirds cameras as a helpful middle ground alternative between the point and shoots and the DSLRs. In particular, the new Panasonic Lumix GX1 appears interesting, since it is the spiritual successor to the really popular Lumix G1. Ben at Brooks Review put together a very nice review of the GX1 and (spoilers) he really likes it.

Now, which lens to get with it…
